We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including tags, certificates (if any), and invoices.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized/custom-made jewelry are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
